When using a single-component powdered platinum vulcanizing agent, the powder can be directly added to the silica gel. The specific steps are as follows:
1: First put the unpacked silica gel in an open mill until it is softened. It is recommended that the roller spacing of the mill is about 400~600, and the special rubber material (such as powdered rubber) can be appropriately widened, but it should not exceed 800;
2: Add the vulcanizing agent to the softened silica gel, the pigments and additives can be added in this process, and mixed until uniform;
3: It is recommended to control the temperature within 45°C when the film is released, and use it after 4-8 hours of storage for the best effect;
4: It is recommended that the molding vulcanization temperature is 140℃-150℃, or the most suitable vulcanization temperature should be selected according to the actual situation of the product structure;
Two: Precautions for use
1: Avoid contact with substances containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and heavy metals, otherwise it will cause unfamiliarity;
2: When making black products, you need to choose a black color glue that will not inhibit platinum, otherwise it will cause unfamiliarity;
3: It is recommended to control the temperature of the rubber material and the drum of the open mill within 50°C, otherwise there will be rubber particles during rubber mixing;
Three: Storage requirements of vulcanizing agent
1: This single-component powdered platinum vulcanizing agent does not need to be stored in the refrigerator, but only needs to be sealed and stored in an indoor environment below 35°C;
2: The raw materials that have been added with vulcanizing agent can be stored for more than half a month in an indoor environment below 40°C;
Four: Applicable scope and use ratio
This vulcanizing agent is suitable for compression molding of low-hardness materials below 300A, and the specific usage ratio is as follows:
1: Add 1.0% of 300A raw materials
2: Add 0.8% of 200A raw material;
